Information collected on this website
When you request a demo or assessment, we collect the name, work email, job function, company, office location, headcount and optional message you provide. If you arrive from the estimator, the selected employee count, subsidy and office days may be included in your request. Portal sign-in provides an account identifier and email used to check access. The public calculator does not save a lead unless you submit the request form.
Purpose and choice
These details are used to respond to your enquiry, assess site suitability, prepare a proposal and administer approved portal access. Required form fields are necessary to process the enquiry. Do not include sensitive personal information or employee consumption records in the contact form. Submitting an enquiry does not enrol you in a marketing mailing list.
Service providers and security
Website hosting, authentication and database providers process information to operate the service. Hosting may involve processing outside Malaysia. Access to submitted enquiries is restricted to approved administrators. The website does not collect payment-card details or process fridge transactions.
Retention and your requests
Enquiry records are retained for follow-up and relevant business or legal requirements. You may request access, correction, deletion where applicable, or withdrawal of consent by using the contact form with “Privacy request” in your message, or by writing to the office address below. Include the enquiry reference if available.
Cookies and external links
Sign-in may use essential authentication cookies. This website does not add advertising trackers. External reference websites operate under their own privacy policies.
